Early Days.

In 1981, ERA American Realty was started by Gloria K. Frazier. The company started in a small trailer in Shalimar and has since grown to service three counties from its five branch locations.

ERA American has been in the business of fulfilling the dream of homeownership since 1981. Today, it is one of the leading residential brokerages in Northwest Florida, with over 100 agents and employees. In 2009, ERA American closed more residential transactions in our MLS than any other company! Our business is driven primarily by referrals from satisfied buyers and sellers, but our focus on internet lead generation has allowed us to not only garner more customers, but the quality of our websites creates an environment where people come back over and over for property information and area information.

ERA American also has the largest property management department for long-term (non tourist) properties in the area. We manage 1200 properties throughout Okaloosa, Walton and south Santa Rosa Counties.
