Gloria’s civic interests include the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors (Director), Muscular Dystrophy Association, American Heart Association, United Way, Northwest Florida State College Foundation, Mental Health Association, Workforce Housing Board, and the Economic Development Council. |

Linda Randes has been with American Realty since 1987. Linda has over 30 years experience in real estate. She has been a member of American Realty’s “Top Ten” since its beginning. In 2006, Linda was awarded the Gloria White Customer Care Award and in 2007 she was named one of ERA’s Top Service Agents nationally. Linda is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which is held by only about 1% of all Realtors® and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI).

Larry Lusk has been the Sales Manager for American Realty’s Niceville office since 1992. He began his real estate career in 1987, upon his retirement from the United States Air Force after 22 years of service. Larry holds a degree in chemical engineering from West Virginia Institute of Technology. Larry was named ERA American Realty’s “Rookie of the Year” for 1987 and has been an ERA American “Top Ten” member several times.

Linde Bowman has been with American Realty since 2000. Linde is native of Fort Walton Beach and married a now Retired Air Force gentleman. She was also licensed in Louisiana where she was one of the top sales professionals with ERA Sarver Real Estate for 3 years. After returning to the Fort Walton Beach area she quickly became one American Realty’s “Top Ten” agents and has recently joined their Leadership Team. Linde is involved with the Military Affairs Council, Children In Crisis, Relay for Life, has served on Shalimar Little League Board, and is on numerous local school Marketing and Booster Club committees. | |

She came to us with a strong background in marketing and design. She has a degree in Architecture and worked in architectural planning for 10 years. Prior to coming here, Deborah was a licensed General Contractor, owner of a commercial construction company, and co-owner of a real estate brokerage. Recently she earned her Doctorate in Theology. | |

Payne Walker has been with American Realty since 1994. He began his career as Maintenance Director for the Property Management Department. After three and a half years, Payne was promoted to Property Manager where for 8 years he built the American Realty Rental Department from a 400 unit to a 700 unit property management operation. Besides serving as Navarre Branch Manager, he is also Director of our Western Division.

Barbara “Barbie” Walker has been with American Realty since 1992 and has served as the Relocation Director for the past seven years. As Director, she assists hundreds of clients each year by facilitating the sale and purchase of real estate for both incoming and outbound clients. Barbie ensures that clients receive the real estate help they need prior to and after their move. |
